Yes! we kindly ask that you keep children older than age 5 out of the soft play area. This is as much for the little ones safety as it is to keep our inventory from being damaged. New inventory for all ages coming soon!

there are two options:

1) we can move your set up indoors if you choose

2) we can move your booking to a different available date

we deliver/ pickup free within 30 miles of 741008. Addresses 31-50 miles will be charged $50. Anything more than 50 miles, please contact us for booking/ pricing.

Pickups scheduled for 9pm or later are subject to an additional $50 late pickup fee.

Although we do not provide balloon arches, we can supply a list of vendors we have worked with and highly recommend.

Our daily rental period is up to a 4-5 hour rental. If you would like to keep it longer, please reach out for availability and pricing. 

The team will arrive at least 1-1.5 hr prior to party start time to set up. 

we can set up inside, outside, on concrete or on grass! Please specify your set up conditions when booking your package. If outdoor in the heat of the summer then you have to have a tent to cover the soft play area. An outlet must be within 75ft of the bounce house. 

If you cancel, your deposit is nonrefundable. It will be kept for a future date if you choose to reschedule. Deposits are refundable if we have to cancel due to weather conditions.

we will not set up in rain or wind speeds higher than 20mph. If there is a chance of rain, we will set up at your discretion. Once the inflatable is set up, payment must be paid in full and is non-refundable. If rain does occur or wind speeds exceed 20mph, please have everyone safely exit the inflatable and turn the blower off. If inclement weather prohibits our ability to set up due to safety, deposit is refundable or you can reschedule your party to another available date.
